The concept lays in responding to the nature of the company, between the corporate and the rural agave landscape. This concept was translated to an earthy, organic material and chromatic palette composed of: dark earth, pajarcilla stucco (a vernacular technique composed of soil, hay and horse manure), recinto stone, rosa morada wood, and green vegetative walls. The vernacular materials in tension with the rug and the ergonomic furnishings most commonly used in corporate offices create a unique atmosphere. The interior dividing walls were kept to a low height where natural light can filter and reflect through the white painted roof slab, providing natural light into the core working areas of the plan. At the same time, it keeps the privacy within the different departments and areas of the program. The central core of the building remained as the central meeting room where the recinto floors and pajarcilla walls transmit their matte chiaroscuro quality into the main reception space that welcomes visitors and users.
